Lauren's practice is devoted to litigating employment disputes and ERISA matters on behalf of employers and self-funded employee welfare benefit plans throughout the United States.
Her experience includes all aspects of labor and employment law, including litigation, arbitration, non-compete agreements, defending state and federal discrimination and harassment lawsuits and administrative charges, FMLA claims, and related state law claims.
Lauren Wong advises and represents employers in employment relations matters in federal district courts and administrative agencies across the country.
Before joining Russell & Wong, she rose to Partner in another Memphis Labor & Employment Law firm. Her previous experience includes serving as a law clerk to the Honorable Lorrie K. Ridder of the Circuit Court of Tennessee for the Thirtieth Judicial District at Memphis.
Lauren also served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Holly M. Kirby of the Tennessee Court of Appeals and worked for the legal department at Pinnacle Airlines.
Lauren Wong is recognized by the Memphis Business Journal as “Best of the Bar.”
